Job Description
Prerequisites
To achieve the organization’s goals and objectives related to custom installation.
Job Specification
- Responsible for implementing all custom installation policies, practices, and procedures of the organization.
- Execute assigned projects custom installation according to the drawings while working closely with the Custom Installation Manager and Project Manager to ensure project completion.
- Assist Custom Installation Manager in maximizing installation productivity and ensuring quality efficiencies.
- Ensure timely closure of installations and service work, and resolve punch list items to customer satisfaction.
- Handle materials with care and protect the customer’s property during installation.
- Responsible for installation, termination, programming, commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of specific products.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers and assist in pre-testing critical equipment before installation.
- Apply good judgment and reasoning to investigate and solve problems.
- Follow the daily schedule and maintain a log of custom installation work performed.
- Stay updated on the product range and services, self-training on installation and basic configuration.
Responsibilities
Also include performing other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Associate Engineering in Electrical or Electronics.
