Role Description
Note: This position requires candidates with ServiceNow experience.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow specialist for Front-End and Back-End to join our team at MarsSolutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITSM Strategy, TPSM Pro, Portal Dev, ITOM, Discover and Integrations, workflows, and Service catalog, and be able to operate directly in the architecture and development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for ITSM, Integrations, Service catalogue, workflows
- Have an understanding of the Platform
- Assist in the development and implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ITSM tools and processes
- Document technical procedures and processes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies
Salary: 50,00 PKR – 70,00 PKR
