Neutro Pharma is a healthcare entity that was established in 2002. Our aim is to provide better therapeutic nutritional products to the Pakistan medical community. We have been involved in extensive research over the years and have grown as a sound technological entity in the healthcare industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time SFE Executive role located in Lahore and requires the candidate to work on-site. As an SFE Executive, you will be responsible for sales force reporting, monitoring and tracking to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This includes the development and implementation of sales plans, policies and quotas, and training of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Extensive experience in managing a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of data management and analysis tools, CRMs, and market research
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
Preferred Candidate Having Skills
- MREP
- Power BI Dashboard Design
- Excel Analysis Reporting
- Understanding of obligation models, discounts, chemists, and doctors data acquaintance.
