Role Description
Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for custom-developed applications on SharePoint Online and Power Automate.
- Handle change requests, including modifications to business processes, UI designs, and related requests.
- Ensure the optimal performance and functionality of existing SharePoint solutions, addressing any issues promptly.
Development:
- Develop new process solutions using MS O365 platform components to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and SharePoint best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
FTP Server Utility:
- Manage and maintain the FTP Server Utility, including movement to another SFTP server.
- Ensure the secure and efficient transfer of files, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online and Power Automate development.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, customization, and administration.
- Proficiency in MS O365 platform components.
- Experience in handling change requests and incorporating modifications to existing solutions.
- Familiarity with FTP server utilities and secure file transfer protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users.
