Job Description
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of TIH’s facilities by maintenance crews.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing annual work plans for maintenance.
- Plan, organize, and direct crew work, evaluate performance, and provide daily supervision.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of new facilities during constructions.
- Provide labor and material cost estimates, conduct team meetings, and ensure standards compliance.
- Generate weekly reports, perform reactive maintenance tasks, and collaborate with all sections.
- Complete tasks delegated by the Head of Department.
