Job Description
We are seeking a Shift Engineer to supervise plant operations, monitor equipment condition, and maintain production and safety standards during assigned shifts.
- Operate and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; perform routine inspections and maintain accurate shift logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and control room teams and enforce established safety protocols.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, minimum 2 years of industrial experience, strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work rotating day/night shifts. Relevant certifications are preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
