Job Description
NextGen HR is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Shift Incharge Logistics to manage all dispatch and weighbridge operations during assigned shifts. Key responsibilities include overseeing the reception, weighing, and documentation of finished products and incoming materials. The candidate will generate delivery advices and dispatch notes while ensuring timely updates in the system. Additionally, the role requires coordination with Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams to fulfill orders, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The Shift Incharge will also supervise staff and address any operational issues promptly.
