Role Overview: We seek a reliable Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our petrol pump. Responsibilities include managing shifts, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements: Minimum graduation; fresh to 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a petrol pump or retail; strong leadership and communication skills; basic knowledge of inventory management.
