Job Description

Location: Khanewal
Main Job Purpose: The Manufacturing Shift Manager is responsible for driving manufacturing operations to meet volume, cost, safety, quality, and other KPIs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Receive raw and packaging materials
- Plan operations to achieve shift targets
- Organize and control labor
- Monitor material consumption and reduce waste
- Supervise stock counts
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Drive autonomous maintenance
- Implement best practices and training
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year FMCG experience
- Supply chain planning and SAP skills
- Production performance and TPM management
- Quality and factory change implementation
- Processing and machinery technology understanding
Stakeholders:
- Technical team, quality team, SC, warehouse.
- Contact involves exchanging information and influencing skills.
