Job Description
A leading Textile component company in Lahore is hiring a Shift Manager.
Budget: 100,00+Benefits
- Implementation of production planning, technical supervision, and machinery maintenance.
- Motivation, discipline, training, and administration of workers.
- Health and safety rule implementation.
- Maintain KPIs such as RFT, CQ, MLT.
- Reprocess WFT and handle complaints.
- Ensure efficient machine utilization and implement best practices.
- Proper usage of ColorStitch, Sedomaster, and SAP.
- Implement 6S and H&S programs.
Requirements: Bachelors in Textiles/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry with 2-3 years of experience.
