Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a safe working environment, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective controls.
- Report and investigate unsafe acts/conditions, implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Meet forecast production targets, align resources, and maintain/improve production standards.
- Provide regular feedback to operators, attend daily production meetings, and address variances.
- Establish effective communication, coordinate cross-shift communications, and facilitate Circle activities.
- Optimize labor utilization, manage overtime/overheads, and reduce material consumption and waste.
