Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Manager at Unilever.
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the production line during your designated shift. Your main goal will be to ensure that production targets are met, while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Implement productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
