Job Description
Location: Airport (Karachi)
Shift Timings: Rotational (A, B, C Shifts)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations across all shifts.
- Manage employee attendance and enforce disciplinary measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain and update shift-wise HR records while ensuring compliance with established policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR supervisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
