Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shifts Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Shifts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring smooth transitions between shifts. Your duties include creating shift schedules, training staff, and addressing any issues that may arise during your shift.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently. Previous experience in a managerial role and familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred.
