Job Description
Join us in Islamabad as a Shipper Experience Executive, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and resolving client issues effectively. Responsibilities include engaging with shippers, addressing concerns, and ensuring streamlined complaint resolution.
- Handle incoming complaints from clients, providing timely resolutions
- Develop understanding of products/services for efficient issue resolution
- Forward client concerns to Operations and Sales Team for successful resolution
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Understanding of logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
