Job Description
Company Description:
We are a team of 10 and looking to expand our team in Islamabad.
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite at our Islamabad location with flexibility for some remote work) for a Shopify Developer/ Web Developer. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Shopify e-commerce websites for our clients. This includes creating custom themes and plugins, integrating third-party apps, and troubleshooting issues with website functionality and performance. Additionally, this role may involve working on a variety of web development projects, including website design and development, and ensuring that all projects are completed to high levels of excellence.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Shopify development and web development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Shopify Liquid and the Shopify API
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Experience with website hosting, DNS management, and server configuration
- Familiarity with website performance optimization, security, and SEO best practices
- Experience with website design and UX/UI design is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage projects from start to finish
