Job Description
Ecomfine is currently searching for a dedicated and skilled Shopify Store Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and technical management of our Shopify store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal store performance, overseeing end-to-end operations, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain both the front and back end of the Shopify store
- Manage daily operations including products, orders, inventory, and shipping
- Facilitate client communication and provide exceptional customer support
- Monitor store performance and optimize return on investment (ROI)
- Execute marketing campaigns including SEO, paid ads, and content creation
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Shopify management
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SEO and e-commerce analytics tools
