Job Description
Kisaan Management Services is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Site/Business Development Officer to join our team in Lahore/Islamabad. This role focuses on identifying new business sites, developing strategies, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
Note: This is a strategic role, not in sales or marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for development.
- Conduct site feasibility surveys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on development plans.
- Execute detailed business activity plans.
- Conduct market research and engage with key partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms and conditions.
- Monitor project progress and assess effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university.
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail, Agriculture, or Services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, proactive, and detail-oriented.
