Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Site Civil Engineer located in Bela, Lasbela, Balochistan at Mughal Interior & Construction Company. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil projects, from design to implementation. They will oversee construction sites, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. They will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / diploma degree or higher in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Site layout, survey, and monitoring.
- Labor management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles, concepts, and practices.
- Familiarity with design software and tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and national regulatory requirements and standards.
- Experience with civil/site design for commercial, industrial, and residential facilities is a plus.
