Position: Site Logistics Specialist
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a logistics/transportation specialist in a related industry.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations.
- Proficiency in transportation management software.
- Superb leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and shows decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
- Willingness to travel out-station in case of cargo damage during accidents.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling transportation services and planning routes.
- Planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customs matters at site.
- Optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
- Liaising with various teams at the site.
- Ensuring cargo condition and documentation compliance.
- Developing and monitoring transportation policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal departments for efficient transportation services.
- Evaluating driver performance and resolving customer complaints.
- Complying with transportation regulations and company policies.
