Job Description

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a logistics/transportation specialist in a related industry.
Requirements:
– In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations.
– Proficiency in transportation management software.
– Superb leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Self-motivated with decision-making skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
– Willingness to travel out-station in case of cargo damage during accidents.
Responsibilities:
– Manage transportation services, logistics, customs matters, and documentation at site.
– Optimize order cycle, negotiate with various teams.
– Ensure cargo and documentation compliance, monitor driver tracking.
– Meet KPIs, develop transportation policies, collaborate with internal departments.
– Evaluate driver performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
