Job Description
Overall Scope: The position supervises a team of third party vendors and ODN staff to achieve customer activations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical survey of customer premises
- Management of drop cable/building attachment
- Suggesting location & cables placement
- Educating customers on operating instructions
- Familiarity with GIS mapping & Google Maps
- Proficient in MS-Office & MS-Outlook
- Inter-departmental coordination & communication skills
- Knowledge of safety equipment and tools
- Mentoring and training team members
- Assisting Team Lead on ground conditions and cable choice
Essential:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer or Intermediate
- Age below 36 years
- Familiar with GPON technology
- Ability to test and troubleshoot to satisfy customers
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
- Integrity, honesty, and passion for sales
Desirable:
- Negotiating and coordination skills
- Team spirit and inter-personal skills
- Independence with positive energy level
- Operational Excellence with cost efficiency
