Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Site Supervisor at UMER CONSTRUCTIONS. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing construction projects, supervising contractors, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and managing resources efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of construction technologies, materials, and methods
- Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, including supervising contractors and ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget
- Experience in managing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage resources efficiently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in relevant software applications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- Professional certifications in construction management, engineering, or related areas are a plus.
