Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor at Venergyltd’s office in Karāchi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing solar installation sites and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also work closely with project managers and laborers to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and within expected timeframes.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and ability to implement them
- Experience working in a construction site environment and ability to read blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of project management principles and ability to work closely with project managers
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics or relevant field
