Job Description
Position: SOC Supervisor
Company: Human Resource Solutions International – HRSI
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Security Operations Center
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of incident response, threat intelligence, and security best practices.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor security analysts, offering guidance, support, and technical expertise.
- Cultivate a collaborative and proactive team culture to boost SOC effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for unified and prompt incident response.
- Oversee security alert monitoring for timely identification and response to potential threats.
- Analyze security data to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and threats.
- Manage and optimize SOC security tools for maximum effectiveness.
- Conduct regular skill assessments and implement targeted training programs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of security processes and incidents.
- Generate and present regular reports on SOC performance and incident response metrics.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and law enforcement for threat intelligence sharing and incident resolution.
