Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Ads / Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and be able to create, implement, and optimize effective paid campaigns across various social media platforms and Google Ads.

As a PPC specialist and Social Media coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ad spend budgets and analyzing and reporting on campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms and Google Ads
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor campaigns to develop and implement successful advertising strategies
  • Monitor and manage ad spend budgets to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are integrated and align with overall marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in paid advertising
  • Continuously test and refine ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful paid social media and Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other social media advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
