Job Description
Sybex Lab Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking to hire a “Social Media Ads Specialist” to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective social media advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance by analyzing data, adjusting targeting, and refining creative elements.
- Consistently monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with best practices in social media advertising.
- Must have strong analytical skills to interpret data and to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful social media ad campaigns.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
