ROLE DESCRIPTION
StarTech Bazaar is offering a full-time on-site position as a Social Media Associate based in Karachi. The candidate should have knowledge about community management, content writing, and expansion of business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, App store, Play Store, and Emails.
- Maintain settlement sheet of refund cases.
- Generate inquiries from Meta and WhatsApp DMs.
- Download the CSV from Admin Panel and upload the inquiries on ZOHO software.
- Create eye-catching and compelling social media content, including graphics, reels, written copy, and captions that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
- Ideate individually and collaboratively on innovative content ideas designed to meet long-term goals for both social media engagement and overall audience growth.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing & Content Writing.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Experience in community management and social media management with the ability to analyze and report on performance metrics.
- A creative thinker who can come up with new and engaging content ideas.
