Triverce Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a dedicated Social Media & Customer Support Representative to handle WhatsApp inquiries and customer calls related to agriculture. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of agriculture and be skilled in addressing customer queries about farming products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage WhatsApp messages, respond to customer calls, provide guidance on agricultural products, forward complex inquiries, and maintain customer records.
Requirements: Located in Sargodha, basic knowledge of agriculture, fluent in Urdu & Punjabi, experience in customer service a plus.
