Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of our online marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and have a comprehensive knowledge of different digital marketing channels and tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage content calendars/schedules and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Create engaging content for all social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Perform product shoots for REELS and VIDEO for Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Generate dynamic content in collaboration with designers and video editors that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages participation.
- Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools and develop ways to improve.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Conduct research on popular product trends and offer recommendations to the marketing and Category teams.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Assist in creating content strategies for PR and content creation purposes.
Requirement:
- Min 2 Years of work experience in a similar domain of Beauty & Cosmetics.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Good at Google Analytics, Traffic, and Trend Analysis by using Tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Analytical thinking and creative skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
