Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Growth & Advertising Specialist to enhance the reach and performance of our social media platforms while executing effective advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in growing followers, increasing engagement, generating quality leads, and managing all types of advertisements to maximize ROI. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of social media and digital advertising trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow followers and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and manage high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content.
  • Optimize YouTube channels, including increasing subscribers, improving SEO, and driving video views.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Analyze performance metrics for organic and paid campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media and advertising efforts with company objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising formats, trends, and platform changes to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets for advertising campaigns to optimize cost per result (CPR) and maximize ROI.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Expertise in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and SEO for both organic and paid content.
  • Hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills for crafting compelling captions and ads.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to evaluate and refine campaigns.
  • Creativity and the ability to stay ahead of social media trends and audience preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the immigration or consultancy sector.
  • Certification in digital advertising or social media marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Video editing skills for short-form content creation.
  • Experience in running both B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
