Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Intern
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our e-Commerce team. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries, fulfilling online orders, and maintaining accurate data entry and Excel records. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-Commerce operations, customer service, and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and chat promptly and professionally
- Process and fulfill online orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Enter and maintain customer data, orders, and inventory records in our database and Excel spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and management tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the e-Commerce team to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience
- Assist with order tracking, shipping, and returns when necessary
- Analyze and report on customer service metrics and order fulfillment rates
