Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at ABS International, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive social media strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative mind, and a results-driven professional who can elevate our brand through engaging content and meaningful interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a community around our brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting strategies.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Quora, Tumblr, Reddit, We Heart, Facebook Meta, and Google Ads best practices, and emerging trends.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Morning)
