Job Description

We are seeking an experienced social media manager to join our growing team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies for our real estate projects. We are looking for someone with a marketing agency background who is comfortable working in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand projects and develop social media plans to achieve their goals
• Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Analyze social media data to optimize campaigns and report on campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure always ahead of the curve
• Post scheduling & uploading
• Stories uploading on a daily basis
• Replying to client messages and comments
• Making videos of different services (with the help of a designer)
• Creating content on a daily basis (with the help of a designer)
• Come up with new ideas for videos and campaigns on a regular basis (with the help of a designer)
• Competitive analysis
• You might also be assigned tasks as required for any upcoming event

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a marketing agency setting
• Proven experience leading a team of social media specialists
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
• Experience with social media advertising is a plus
