Job Description

Social Media Management:

• Develop monthly content plans aligned with company objectives and audience interests.
• Craft engaging captions and research relevant hashtags for each post.
• Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing graphics.
• Monitor engagement on various social media platforms.
• Prepare monthly reports outlining key metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic.
• Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and optimize content performance.

Content Creation:

• Write blog posts and guest blogs on topics related to OSHA compliance and safety training.
• Has basic knowledge of on-page optimization and can write title tags, alt tags & meta descriptions.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility.
• Populate the blogs with relevant images and links.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Coordinate with external partners and influencers for collaborative content opportunities.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey messages effectively and maintain brand voice.
• Willingness to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in social media.
