Job Description
Grownix Digital is seeking a creative and innovative Social Media Manager who can actively contribute to shaping trends rather than following them.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies and campaigns.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and manage engaging and informative social media content.
- Evaluate the success of social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers to produce appealing graphics within set deadlines.
- Engage with industry professionals and influencers through social media to build a strong network.
- Provide constructive feedback to the design team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Strategist (Agency experience preferred).
- Experience in boosting brand awareness through campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, Snapchat, and TikTok. Familiarity with social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics (beneficial).
- Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- BS/Master’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
