Job Description

Position: Social Media Manager + HR Recruiter (Female)

Salary: 4500/- + Commission-based Model

Location: 40-A Nasheman-e-Iqbal, Phase 1, near Wapda Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
2. Create engaging content for company pages in alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Conduct creative research, implementing innovative ideas into social media campaigns.
4. Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding promptly to comments and messages.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content reflecting company values.
6. Track and analyze social media performance metrics for continuous improvement.
7. Take charge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing potential candidates for various positions.
8. Conduct phone interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
9. Maintain communication with applicants, keeping them informed of their status.
10. Collaborate with hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with company goals.
11. Utilize HR tools to manage applicant tracking and maintain accurate records.
12. Stay updated on HR trends, implementing best practices in recruitment and social media management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven social media management experience with a strong portfolio.
2. Familiarity with social media analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
3. Previous HR recruitment experience, focusing on phone interviewing and assessment.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
