We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at 365 Care Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Identify target audience segments and tailor content accordingly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Content Creation and Scheduling:

• Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms.
• Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and maintain brand voice.

Community Engagement:

• Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry discussions.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize social media efforts.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising if necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Brand Advocacy:

• Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
• Encourage user-generated content and customer testimonials.

Academic & Trades Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Must have good English Communication skill

Work experience & skills

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
