Job Description
The Social Media Manager at Sitara Factory – Craft One UK is responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy. This role involves content creation, community management, and engagement across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and design engaging content for social media platforms.
- Schedule regular posts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries through social media and UAN.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms.
- Graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
