Job Description
- Experience: 5-8 Years
- Full-time – Onsite
- Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM
Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Expert is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company’s social media strategy across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, community management, and social media analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Conduct social media audits, develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, research relevant platforms, and more.
- Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content, develop a content calendar, and stay up-to-date on social media trends.
- Community Management: Monitor brand mentions, foster positive online communities, and handle feedback.
- Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, content creation experience, and analytical skills.
Additional Skills (desirable):
- Influencer marketing, SEO knowledge, paid advertising experience, presentation skills, and social media listening tools.
