Role Description:
- Manage and coordinate social media content creation and posting schedules
- Generate engaging and creative ideas for content and campaigns
- Oversee a team responsible for executing social media postings
- Develop, implement, and monitor Facebook and Google ad campaigns
- Analyze ad performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Social media marketing and social media content creation skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns with evidence of measurable business results
- Experience in working with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Familiarity with the Pakistani market and consumer behavior is a plus
- Strong copywriting and creative skills are desirable
