Job Description

1- Undergraduate/Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or related field including marketing, content, design, and sales

2- Proven work experience as a social media strategist or similar role.

3- Be able to create and implement social media campaigns across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.

4- Have the Understanding of each platform’s unique features, audience demographics, and best practices for content creation and engagement.

5- Should be Able to interpret social media analytics/insights to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

6- Have Knowledge of multimedia content creation tools and software for designing graphics, editing photos and videos, and creating other multimedia content.

7- Experience in managing online communities and engaging with followers and customers to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

8- Stay updated on current trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

9- Reasonable written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, present reports, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

10- Ability to drive audience engagement and achieve marketing objectives.

11- Must be able to understand changes in algorithms, trends, and consumer behavior on social media platforms.

12- Have an Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in social media marketing including privacy regulations, disclosure requirements, and community guidelines.

13- Required references or recommendations from previous employers or clients highlighting the candidate’s skills, achievements, and contributions in social media marketing.
