Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Moderator to join our team at Abacus Outsourcing. The ideal candidate will resolve customer queries across various platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. This role requires a proactive individual for rotational shifts to manage our social media channels effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
- Identify and escalate issues according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with teams to address inquiries
- Track trends and report community feedback
- Stay updated on social media best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Literature, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in social media moderation or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Must be flexible for rotational shifts (8 hours)
