Role Overview:

Alliance Investments Management LLC is seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive social media strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and original content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to optimize strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee the social media accounts’ layout and design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.).
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and web analytics, proficient in Google Analytics.
• Experience in content creation and management for social media platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphic design tools is advantageous.
