Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Sr. Manager HR
Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at Strategic Systems International. The ideal candidate should excel in creating, innovating, and designing engaging social media content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies
- Write engaging copy and design visuals
- Generate new ideas for content
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with the team to create content for events
- Stay updated on social media trends
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
