Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to field officers, including performance management, training, and coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Circle Association’s programs and services in assigned communities.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles faced by field officers in the field.
- Build strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and government agencies to increase awareness and support for Circle Association’s work.
- Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and impact, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and improvement of Circle Association’s programs and services based on field experience and community feedback.
- Represent Circle Association at community events and meetings, promoting our mission and advocating for rights.
