Role Description
Recapeo Limited is seeking a talented part-time Soft-skills Trainer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be primarily located in Sialkot but have the flexibility to work remotely. As a Soft-skills Trainer, you will design and deliver training sessions to enhance communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and keep abreast of new developments in training techniques and methodologies. You will also collaborate with team members in managing and evaluating training programs to ensure effectiveness and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, English, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Soft-skills Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, effective communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members and clients
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
- Certified Trainer designation is a plus
