As a Software Engineer Frontend, you will play a crucial role in building world-class suite products to support our businesses in 18 countries. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other teams throughout the design process, resolving production issues, and managing the complete SDLC.
• Support a wide range of products, with a focus on automation, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Embrace our ambition to build an industry-leading platform that prioritizes innovation.
• Develop elegant solutions for complex problems.
• Write and maintain exemplary code following dubizzle’s programming practices.
• Gain a detailed understanding of our product’s architecture and the position of your product stream within it.
• Work in a mentoring capacity within a peer-programming environment, offering guidance on tasks regardless of complexity or scale.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and client-side technologies.
• 3+ years of production-level experience in React.
• Ability to build apps using React.
• Good understanding of at least one MVC framework.
• Experience with AWS technologies and application deployment using containers (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Understanding of build tools like Webpack and package management tools like Yarn & NPM.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong debating skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
