Job Description
- Flexible for Night Job
- Should have strong SQL skills to join our Product Operations Team to work on various tasks such as product implementations, network reconciliations, database configurations, API certifications, migrations, and using project management tools like JIRA and OTRS.
- Support the delivery of products and services to clients by collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients from onboarding to live phase.
- Maintain and optimize client financial instances for transaction processing & settlement operations.
- Troubleshoot system and database issues.
- Provide updates to stakeholders, maintain documentation, and offer consultation to clients.
- Collaborate internally for issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
