Job Description
- Resolving elevated customer tickets assigned by L1 team
- Proven escalation management and leadership skills
- Expanding product and technology expertise through “learning tickets”
- Able to multitask during critical issues
- Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls
- Identifies and coordinates with critical event resolution teams
- Good understanding of Databases
- Understanding of APIs
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical details
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ability to coach, mentor, and be a team player
- Proficient in MS SQL, SEQ Logs, Ticket Management, Postman, CRM
- Must be a fast learner
